Tell me the color! App for Windows Phone 7
I’m proud to present my first personal app for Windows Phone 7.
tell me the color! is a productivity tool for color-blind people to help them distinguish the color of the objects the camera is looking at.

As I’ve tested it only in the emulator, in case you get the chance to test it on a device let me know how it works.

does it make the diff between pink – mauve – violet – purple etc?
Hard to say, depends a lot on the the color and how close it is to the ones you enumerated.
The app iterates through this list of known colors http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa358802(v=vs.85).aspx and picks the closest one.
